We accept PayPal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover for purchases made via
our website.   If you wish to make a purchase using a check, money order or cashier's check,
please make payable to "Little Dragon Girls" and download our order form on our website.

What are your Shipping Costs?

Orders Being Shipped to the United States: 5-7 DAY GROUND; flat rate of $8.95 for shipping
applies to orders with a subtotal amount less than $60.00. Thereafter, add 15% of the total for
shipping. Please note that these rates are for continental U.S. and for Hawai'i.
Please contact us for international shipping rates, Alaska, and other U.S. territories.

SHIPPING CHARGES FOR GROUND (5-7 DAYS) are as of follows:

Orders Being Shipped Internationally: Shipping charges are calculated during checkout
and depend on the weight of your package. The minimum charge is (US)$12.50.

When will my order be shipped?

ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY.   If all your items are in stock, your order
should be shipped within 2-3 business days.   If you've ordered something that is currently
out of stock, we will contact you to let you know estimated shipping dates and you can
decide where to go from there. Please be sure to provide us with valid contact
information, so that we can notify you as quickly as possible.

How will my order be shipped?

We ship worldwide. All domestic US orders will be sent out USPS Priority Mail. International
orders will be sent out using USPS Global Priority Mail. Please email us before hand to
see what your shipping rate would be. Of course if you have any other international
shipping questions just send us an email at questions@littledragongirls.com .

You will receive an email notification once your order is shipped that will contain a
tracking number.   Holiday Shoppers:   If you place your order within two weeks from
Christmas we strongly, strongly suggest you contact us to make special arrangements and
agree to pay for extra shipping charges using UPS to get your package in time.

How do I return or exchange an item?

All sales final. No Refunds. We accept returns on merchandise within 30 days purchased
at our events or via our website, for EXCHANGE or SALES CREDIT ONLY.   Merchandise
must be received in brand new and unworn condition, tags must be attached,
and merchandise must be in resaleable condition.  

We appreciate your business and cooperation to follow our returns policy and
procedure as outlined below:

Step 1:   Please contact Little Dragon Girls at returns@littledragongirls.com and let us
know what you would like to return or exchange.   If you are exchanging for something,
please let us know at this time the item and size you would like to exchange for so we
can set that item aside for you.   We will contact you if your exchange item is available
and give you a Return Authorization Number (RA#) which is required for all
exchanges or returns.

Step 2 :   Pack it up (be sure to include a copy of your invoice or RA#). All returns should
be properly packaged (avoid folding print or transfer design) to prevent damage during
transit and insured to protect you in the unlikely case that your package is lost or
destroyed. We recommend that you use UPS Ground or USPS Priority Mail (with
delivery confirmation) to provide a tracking number so that you may verify our
receipt.   Merchandise must be received within 14 days of the issuance of the
RA# at which time the RA# expires.

Step 3:   You will receive an email confirmation once we receive and have processed
your returned item. You can expect return services to be completed within 3 to 5
business days after we receive your returned item.

Return Postage:   Return shipping charges are the sole responsibility of the customer
and are non-refundable. Only in the event of a manufacturing defect will we be
able to reimburse your shipping cost.

What should I do with a Defective Item?

If an item you receive is damaged or defective in any way, we will be glad to replace it.
Call us at (323) 655-0557 daily between 9am-6pm PST or email us at
returns@littledragongirls.com so we can coordinate returning the item
and sending out a replacement for you.  Defective shipping costs
will be reimbursed.

Product Information

The prices displayed on the Site are quoted in U.S. dollars and are valid and effective
only in the U.S. and are subject to change at any time.   Little Dragon Girls reserves
the right to contact you prior to fulfilling your purchase if the sales price was
incorrectly posted on our website.   At that time you may choose to
continue to purchase your items or to cancel the order.

COLORS: We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors
of our
products that appear on our Site. However, as the actual colors you see will depend on your
monitor, we cannot guarantee that your monitor's display of any color will be accurate.
